Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- - powdered sugar for rolling
How To Make snowballs

Step 1In a large mixer bowl, combine flour, nuts, sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat at low speed for 3-4 minutes until well mixed.

Step 2Shape rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 18 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Remove immediately. Roll in powered sugar while still warm and again when cool.
