Ingredients

1 pound chopped dates
1 can crushed pineapple
1 pound chopped pecans
2 cups marshmallows, mini
4 boxes butter cookies
2 packages dream whip
- coconut
- maraschino cherry

How To Make snowball cookies

Step 1

Mix dates, pecans, marshmallows, and crushed pineapple, drained together and chill overnight.

Step 2

Use 3 cookies for each cookie. Put filling between two cookies with the third one on top. Ice with dream whip and put coconut over entire cookie. Maraschino cherry on top and chill in refrigerator.
