Ingredients
- 2-3/4 cup flour
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 - eggs
- 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- SUGAR MIXTURE
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
How To Make snickerdoodles

Step 1Mix butter, 1-1/2 cups sugar and eggs in a large bowl. Combine dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Blend dry ingredients into butter mixture. Chill dough for about 10 to 15 minutes in the fridge.

Step 2Stir together sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.

Step 3Shape dough into 1 -inch balls; roll in sugar mixture. Place 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
