my husband loves snickerdoodles. this is the easiest way i have found to make them!! he loves them!!!

yield about 15 cookies depending on size

Ingredients

3 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 package yellow cake mix
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil

How To Make snickerdoodle cookies

Step 1

mix all ingredients together in a bowl. if need be add a little veg oil to mix it better. should be rather stiff.

Step 2

use your spoon and scoop off some and roll in your hands to make a ball and put on cookie sheet and press down. (like you make biscuits!!)
Step 3

bake a 350 for about 10 mins. let stand for a few mins and then serve!! hope you enjoy these!!
