s'mores cookie bars
Found this recipe on another website, but I did make a couple of changes because they didn't make sense in the original instructions.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallows, mini (plus a few more for top)
- 1 - large hershey bar (with 16 sections)
How To Make s'mores cookie bars

Step 1Grease an 8" square baking pan. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Place in bottom of pan and press down to form a crust.

Step 2Cream softened butter; add in sugars and cream again until fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla. Mix again.

Step 3Combine four, baking soda, and salt, then add to butter mixture and mix. Fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows.

Step 4Spoon cookie dough on top of cookie crust as evenly as possible (don't worry about spreading perfectly, dough will spread as it cooks to fill in any gaps).

Step 5Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Step 68-10 minutes before bars are done cooking, sprinkle extra marshmallows on top to decorate; return to oven for remaining time. Break candy bar into sections.

Step 7Remove pan from oven and carefully place candy pieces on top. Cool completely before cutting.
