1 csemisweet chocolate chips, melted
1/3 cpowdered sugar
3 Tbspcorn syrup
1/3 crum or bourbon or orange juice
2 -1/2 cvanilla wafer crumbs or chocolate wafer crumbs
1 cwalnuts, finely chopped
2 Tbspunsweetened cocoa
How to Make Rum Balls
- Combine melted chocolate, powdered sugar, corn syrup and rum or bourbon.
Stir in wafer crumbs and walnuts, blending well.
Let stand 30 minutes.
Shape into 1 inch balls.
- In a small bowl, combine cocoa and sugar.
Roll balls in cocoa mixture.
Set aside to air dry for about an hour.
Store in an airtight container at least 1 day before serving.
