Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 12 tablespoons melted cooled butter
- 1 - egg
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup frozen or fresh raspberries
- 1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
How To Make raspberries & cream cookies

Step 1In large bowl sift and mix together first 3 ingredients, set aside. In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar for 2min. Combine and add eggs.

Step 2Pour dry ingredients into wet and mix till dough forms. Fold in raspberries and white chocolate. Cool in freezer for 15min. Make into balls about 2tbls size. Arrange on cookie sheet and bake for 15min in a 325 degree preheated oven. Let cool on cookie sheet for five minutes before removing. Place on cooling rack for glazing.

Step 3Drizzle glaze. 1/2 cup powdered sugar with splash of vanilla and enough heavy cream to make a glaze to Your liking. Glazed or not very tasty!
