  Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

  In a bowl, whisk together butter and cream cheese. Whisk in granulated sugar. Then add pumpkin puree, egg salt, all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix to blend well.

  Take spoonful of the dough and drop on the parchment paper. Flatten top with wet back of spoon. Repeat this until the dough is gone.

  Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 10-15 minutes.
