Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 - egg, large
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
How To Make pupmkin cheesecake cookie

Step 1Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2In a bowl, whisk together butter and cream cheese. Whisk in granulated sugar. Then add pumpkin puree, egg salt, all-purpose flour and baking powder. Mix to blend well.

Step 3Take spoonful of the dough and drop on the parchment paper. Flatten top with wet back of spoon. Repeat this until the dough is gone.

Step 4Bake in preheated 350 degrees F oven for 10-15 minutes.
