Ever wonder what to do with that one box of instant pudding that's been sitting in your pantry for months? Try this easy and yummy recipe! The picture shows vanilla with clear sugar sparkles. I have used chocolate flavor as well, but the one I've had the most compliments on is pistachio. You can get really creative with using different colors of sugar, too!

Ingredients

1 box instant pudding, any flavor (5.1 oz)
3/4 cup bisquick
1/4 cup veg. oil
1 - egg
- sparkling sugar (color of your choice)

How To Make pudding sparkle cookies

Step 1

In mixing bowl, add pudding mix, bisquick, vegetable oil, and egg. Mix well.

Step 2

Chill dough in fridge for 5-10 minutes.
Step 3

Spoon out dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in sparkling sugar. Place on cookie sheet.
Step 4

Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes.
