1Start by making Your pudding. Mix pudding, pineapple juice, and yogurt. (the juice from the can of pineapple chunks makes one cup) Wisk till smooth. Fold in pineapple pieces and refrigerate.
2Make cookie dough.
Place in greased muffin pan. Use a small icecream scoop
Bake in 350 degree oven for about twelve minutes. Remove and cool for a minute. With back of rounded spoon press cookies down to form cup.
Let cool and remove.
3Before serving fill cups with pudding mix, top with whipped topping (optional)
