These are one of my top favorite cookies. Usually only make them around Christmas time but they are a big hit!

Ingredients

1/2 c
butter, softened
1/2 c
granulated sugar
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 c
sour cream
1
egg
1 tsp
vanilla extract
1 1/4 c
all purpose flour
1/4 tsp
baking soda
1/4 tsp
salt
1 c
sweetened shredded coconut
1 c
coarsely chopped walnuts
1 c
finely chopped candied pineapple

How to Make Pineapple Jumbles

Step-by-Step

  • 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
    Add sour cream,egg,and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  • 2In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stir until a soft dough forms. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  • 4Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
    Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
