These are one of my top favorite cookies. Usually only make them around Christmas time but they are a big hit!

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    sour cream
  • 1
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1 c
    sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 c
    coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 c
    finely chopped candied pineapple

How to Make Pineapple Jumbles


  1. Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
    Add sour cream,egg,and vanilla; beat until smooth.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stir until a soft dough forms. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.
  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
    Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
