pineapple jumbles

These are one of my top favorite cookies. Usually only make them around Christmas time but they are a big hit!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup finely chopped candied pineapple
How To Make pineapple jumbles

Step 1Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add sour cream,egg,and vanilla; beat until smooth.

Step 2In a small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture; stir until a soft dough forms. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Step 3Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto a greased baking sheet.

Step 4Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
