peppermint bark kiss cookies

I love peppermint bark, so I created this recipe to mimic the taste of peppermint bark..

Ingredients

  • 1 package refrigerated sugar cookie dough
  • 1 bag unwrapped hershey's dark chocolate kisses
  • 1 box unwrapped candy canes

How To Make peppermint bark kiss cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Step 2
    Put unwrapped candy canes in food processor, until finely ground. Place into a bowl.
  • Step 3
    Roll cookie dough into 48 one inch balls.
  • Step 4
    Roll the balls into candy cane dust, covering completely.
  • Step 5
    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Step 6
    Remove from oven and immediately place an unwrapped hershey's kiss in the center, pressing down firmly.
  • Step 7
    Yummy, now try not to eat them all!!
