pecan pie bars
I found this on face book and can not wait to try it out! Someone had suggested trying with maple syrup instead of corn syrup, hummmmm

Ingredients
- 1 can crescent rolls
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 - egg, beaten
How To Make pecan pie bars

Step 1Unroll dough and press in bottom of 9x13 pan, press up sides about 1/2 inch. Press out perforations to seal. Bake in preheated oven - 350 degrees

Step 2Mix all remaining ingredients in bowl and pour filling over crust.

Step 3Bake about 20 minutes - will be light brown

Step 4cool and cut into bars - takes about an hour to cool completely
