4 Tbsppowdered sugar
2 call purpose flour
2 tspvanilla extract
2 cpecan pieces (small pieces work best)

How to Make Pecan Fingers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover cookie sheets with parchment paper or grease the cookie sheets.
- Mix all ingredients in a large bow. Mix well. Form dough into 1" fingers or balls.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven). Let cool 5-7 minutes, then roll cookies in powdered sugar to coat while still warm. Note: I usually roll them twice to get good coverage. Store in covered container in a cool place.
