Another favorite of my Grams. Also a cousin to the Chocolate Fudge No Bake Cookies, I've posted. We love them both.

  • 2 c
  • 1/4 c
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 c
    peanut butter
  • pinch
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 3 c
    instant oats - i used old fashioned

How to Make ~ Peanut Butter No Bake Cookies ~


  1. In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter.
  2. Bring to a full rolling boil, then boil 1 minute, being precise on the time.
  3. Add salt and vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.
  4. Quickly stir in the oats and drop my teaspoonfuls on waxed paper or parchment paper.
  5. Leave set to become firm, about 15 minutes.
  6. Enjoy!
