How to Make Peanut Butter Crinkles

Step-by-Step

  1. In a mixing bowl, Blend peanut butter with oil. Mix in sugar and eggs. Mix the flour, baking powder, and vanilla.
  2. Add the dry ingredients slowly into wet ingredients. The dough will be very stiff. Pinch dough and form into ball the size of a walnut and roll into bowl of powdered sugar.
  3. Place on tray. Should get 12 on a large tray, because they spread quit a bit. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes or until center of cookie sets. Watch carefully. The smell of peanut butter fills the air. 8)
