These are melt in your mouth cookies. Easy to make and so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 package (11 ounces) semisweet chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts

How To Make peanut butter chocolate chunk walnut cookies

  • Step 1
    Cream the butter and peanut butter together. Add the sugars and cream on medium speed.
  • Step 2
    Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • Step 3
    Combine dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture gradually and mix until no white remains; then add chocolate chunks and nuts. Mix well.
  • Step 4
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Press down slightly.
  • Step 5
    Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Step 6
    Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
