Ingredients

1 c
unsalted butter
1 1/2 c
creamy peanut butter
1 c
sugar
1/2 c
light brown sugar
1/2 c
dark brown sugar
2
eggs
1 tsp
vanilla
2 c
flour
1 1/2 tsp
baking soda
1 pkg
(11 ounces) semisweet chocolate chunks
1 c
chopped walnuts

How to Make Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Walnut Cookies

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cream the butter and peanut butter together.
    Add the sugars and cream on medium speed.
  • 2Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • 3Combine dry ingredients and add to peanut butter mixture gradually and mix until no white remains; then add chocolate chunks and nuts. Mix well.
  • 4Drop by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets. Press down slightly.
  • 5Bake at 350 degrees for 12-13 minutes or until golden brown.
  • 6Cool on baking sheets 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
