Loved these when I was a kid. We typically had these for birthday and school parties. Recipe by Mrs. Betty Viens of Wisconsin - 1963 Home Economics Teachers Favorite Desserts.

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 packages chocolate kisses
How To Make peanut butter blossoms

Step 1Cream first four ingredients. Add egg and vanilla. Sift flour, soda, and salt. Combine with other mixture.

Step 2Shape into balls and dip in white sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes.

Step 3Press in candy kisses. Return to bake for 2-5 minutes.
