How To Make oolong tea cookies
-
Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl whip butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg and vanilla. Stir in flour and oolong tea until a very soft and moist cookie dough forms. Pour about ½ cup of confectioner’s sugar in a small bowl. Scoop out about a teaspoon amount of cookie dough and roll in confectioner’s sugar. Place on prepared cookie sheets and flatten out with bottom of a glass. Bake for about 8 minutes or until edges are lightly golden. Transfer cookies to a cooling rack. Serve with your favorite tea and enjoy!
