I love the flavor in these cookies. They should be chewy on the inside and crisp around the edges.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon, ground
  • 1 1/2 cups quick cooking oats

How To Make oatmeal peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat heat to 350. Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Step 2
    Add eggs, milk and vanilla and blend well. Sift the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl and stir into creamed mixture.
  • Step 3
    Blend in the oats and drop onto parchment lined cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake in 350 oven for 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Do not overbake.
