Very Easy. Made with Duncan Hines cake mix. I received these yummy cookies as a hostess gift.

Ingredients For oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup quick cooking oats
  • 2/3 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

    Combine cake mix, oats, butter and eggs in a large bowl and mix well.

    Stir in chips.

    Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake @ 350 for 10-12 minutes.
