Ingredients For oatmeal chocolate chip blondies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 3 c
    quick-cooking oatmeal
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 1 c
    coconut (optional) or 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)

How To Make oatmeal chocolate chip blondies

  • 1
    Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla; beat well.

    Sift dry ingredients and add gradually to wet ingredients; mix well. Add oats, one cup at a time, chocolate chips and coconut and mix.

    Spread dough evenly into ungreased 15 X 10 inch pan.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
