How To Make minty chocolate chip cookies
-
Step 1Preheat the oven to 350. In a large mixer bowl, on low speed cream together the butter and brown and white sugars. Beat mixture until it's light and creamy.
-
Step 2Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in your vanilla. Continue to blend until smooth. Add the dry ingredients slowly to avoid a mess.
-
Step 3Add in your two kinds of chips into the dough until evenly distributed (can do this with mixer or by hand) now scoop the dough out with an ice cream scoop onto the parchment lined cookie tray.
-
Step 4Bake 8-10 minutes or until cookies are golden. Remove from oven and allow to cool 5 minutes on tray before removing to airtight bowl.
