2In a bowl, mix dry cake mix, 1 egg and 1/3 cup oil until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup of mixture. Press remaining mixture into bottom of 9x13 pan. Bake for 15 minutes.
3While crust is baking- beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, egg, vanilla until creamy. Spread over crust. Sprinkle reserved crumbs on top. Bake 15 more minutes. Do not overbake. Chill and cut into squares.
