How to Make Jewish Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat eggs until stiff
  2. Stir in flour and brown sugar.
  3. Add vanilla and pecans. Stir while adding.
  4. Pour into a well buttered cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven at 300 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cut into squares. Be prepared to make a second batch if you want to put any in a cookie jar.
