How to Make Jewish Cookies
- 1Beat eggs until stiff
- 2Stir in flour and brown sugar.
- 3Add vanilla and pecans. Stir while adding.
- 4Pour into a well buttered cookie sheet and bake in a moderate oven at 300 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Cut into squares. Be prepared to make a second batch if you want to put any in a cookie jar.
