Ingredients
- 1/2 pound unsalted butter
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 4 - eggs
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make honey gullets

Step 1Cream butter, sugars and honey. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour and salt just until combined.

Step 2Cover and chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours.

Step 3Place a spoonful at a time on a medium hot waffle iron until desired brownish color is achieved (50-55 seconds (+/-).

Step 4Makes about 3-1/2 dozen.
