How to Make Grasshopper Cookie Balls


  1. Pulse cookies in a food processor until they are crumbs
  2. Add softened cream cheese in chunks and pulse
  3. Form into 1 inch balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet, set in the refrigerator to set them about 30-1 hour
  4. Melt baking chips and roll chilled balls into, place back on parchment paper and add sprinkles, place back in refrigerator to set up..
  5. Enjoy!
