gourmet chocolate chip cookies
(1 RATING)
This is not your run of the mill chocolate chip cookie. A work associate gave me this recipe 35 years ago and is purported to be the famous Neiman Marcus cookie. I don't know if that is true, but it is a most delicious cookie with oats and chocolate chips and chocolate bar. Don't remember how many dozen cookies it makes but it is a lot. The original recipe I received didn't have that information on it. They stay moist a long time with one friend saying they were moist for their entire vacation of 2 weeks.
