  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 large egg slightly beaten
  • - coarse sea salt for sprinl;ing

How To Make gluten free peanut butter cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Step 2
    In medium bowl mix peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and egg until well combined. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture on ungreased baking pan one inch apart Flatten mounds with tines of fork. making crosshatch pattern. Sprinkle with salt.
  • Step 3
    Bake till golden brown edges, approx. 10 min. Cool on rack
