Step 2In medium bowl mix peanut butter, sugar, vanilla and egg until well combined. Spoon 1 teaspoon of mixture on ungreased baking pan one inch apart Flatten mounds with tines of fork. making crosshatch pattern. Sprinkle with salt.

Step 3Bake till golden brown edges, approx. 10 min. Cool on rack
