Experimenting with some frozen yogurt and My ice cream maker. ;) This one is a keeper ;) Imagine this yogurt in the middle of 2 ginger snap cookies?? What a great treat!

Ingredients

2 cups plain greek yogurt
1 cup greek peach yogurt
3 large fresh ripe peaches
3 tablespoons ginger simple syrup
2 - packets splenda
- crushed ginger snap cookies

How To Make ginger-peach frozen yogurt w/gingersnaps

Step 1

In a food processor blend peaches and simple syrup. In a bowl mix pureed peaches with Yogurts and splenda. Place in ice cream machine. Freeze bowl ahead of time Turn on machine and mix away for 25min. Last five minutes You can add some small chopped peaches, of You like the chunks. Serve in bowls topped with crushed gingersnaps. Whipped topping optional.
