Ingredients

1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
1 teaspoon vanilla

How To Make easy peanut butter cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325 degree F.

Step 2

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Step 3

Drop by the teaspoonful two inches apart onto parchment paper covered baking sheet.
Step 4

Flatten each cookie with a glass bottom dipped in sugar.
Step 5

Bake cookies 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on rack.
