Ingredients

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 c
    canola oil
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    powdered sugar
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 4 1/2 c
    all purpose flour

How to Make Drop Sugar Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl cream butter, oil, sugar, salt and powdered sugar together.
  2. Add eggs, and vanilla. Then mix your baking soda & cream of tartar into your flour. Slowly add the dry ingredients to egg mixture until nice and creamy and thick.
  3. With a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes or a little longer if you like them more golden like I do.
