Makes about 4 dozen
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup canola oil
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
How To Make drop sugar cookies

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. In a mixing bowl cream butter, oil, sugar, salt and powdered sugar together.

Step 2Add eggs, and vanilla. Then mix your baking soda & cream of tartar into your flour. Slowly add the dry ingredients to egg mixture until nice and creamy and thick.

Step 3With a medium cookie scoop, scoop dough on parchment lined cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 12 minutes or a little longer if you like them more golden like I do.
