Ingredients

  • 1 c
    peanut butter chips
  • 1-1/4 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/3 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 3/4 c
    sugar

How to Make Double Peanut Butter Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Beat butter, sugar and peanut butter in large bowl until creamy.
    Add egg and vanilla; beat well.
  2. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually add to butter mixture, beating until well blended.
    Stir in peanut butter chips; drop dough by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
    Cool 1 minute; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
    Cool completely.
