1-Preheat oven to 355 F.
-Mix wet ingredients, then add then dry ingredients. Combine the chocolate chips at the end.
-Drop cookies onto ungreased baking sheet (I use parchment paper or silicone pad).
-Bake for around 10 minutes. (take them out while they're still quite soft to touch, they will firm up when cold)
-Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, transfer to rack.
