Ingredients

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 3/4 c
    cocoa powder, unsweetened (i use cadburry)
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    butter, softened (2 sticks)
  • 2/3 c
    sugar
  • 2/3 c
    packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 1 3/4 c
    semi sweet chocolate chunks/chips (i use hershey's)

How to Make Double Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. -Preheat oven to 355 F.
    -Mix wet ingredients, then add then dry ingredients. Combine the chocolate chips at the end.
    -Drop cookies onto ungreased baking sheet (I use parchment paper or silicone pad).
    -Bake for around 10 minutes. (take them out while they're still quite soft to touch, they will firm up when cold)
    -Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheet, transfer to rack.
