    ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1/3 c
    apple sauce
  • 2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1/4 c
    almond milk
  • 1/2 c
  • 1 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp

How to Make Diabetic Oatmeal Fruit Bars


  1. Preheat your oven to 350
  2. Toss all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix well
  3. Press the mess into a 9" X 9" square (like me) baking pan, that's been sprayed with PAM or other veggie oil cooking spray
  4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Cool on a rack before serving
