Diabetic 3 Ingredient Banana Bread Cookies

I got this one off Facebook and I ALWAYS have all 3 of these in the house!Really easy! Took me about 5 mins to mix em up! I'm gonna try making these with other nuts to see how many combos I can come up with! And what's really great is they are actually GOOD FOR YOU!! The only sugar comes from the bananas, oatmeal is heart healthy, and nuts are one of the best non meat proteins you can eat! I use a 1 TBSP ice cream scoop to drop them on the sheet pan, I line the sheet pan with parchment paper when I make cookies, that way it's very easy to clean it

Makes about 1 dozen cookies

2 large
ripe bananas, mashed
1 c
rolled oats
1/4 c
chopped walnuts


1Crank the oven to 350
2Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper
3Mash the bananas really well in a bowl
4Dump the oats & nuts into the bowl with the mashed bananas
5Mix thoroughly
6Drop by TBSP full on the cookie sheet
7Bake at 350 12 to 15 minutes
8When they're done, take them off the sheet pan and set them on a rack to cool
