diabetic 3 ingredient banana bread cookies
I got this one off Facebook and I ALWAYS have all 3 of these in the house!Really easy! Took me about 5 mins to mix em up! I'm gonna try making these with other nuts to see how many combos I can come up with! And what's really great is they are actually GOOD FOR YOU!! The only sugar comes from the bananas, oatmeal is heart healthy, and nuts are one of the best non meat proteins you can eat! I use a 1 TBSP ice cream scoop to drop them on the sheet pan, I line the sheet pan with parchment paper when I make cookies, that way it's very easy to clean it

Ingredients
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Step 1Crank the oven to 350

Step 2Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

Step 3Mash the bananas really well in a bowl

Step 4Dump the oats & nuts into the bowl with the mashed bananas

Step 5Mix thoroughly

Step 6Drop by TBSP full on the cookie sheet

Step 7Bake at 350 12 to 15 minutes

Step 8When they're done, take them off the sheet pan and set them on a rack to cool
