1 1/2 call purpose flour

1 calmond flour

1 Tbspbaking powder

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspsalt

5 Tbspcappuccino instant coffee beverage mix (powder)

2 Tbspdark chocolate cocoa powder

1 ccrisco shortening

2 lgeggs

1 Tbspvanilla extract

3/4 cgranulated sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar (firmly packed)
How To Make crispy chocolate cappuccino cookies

1Using your kitchen aide mixer and the paddle attachment. Add your shortening, sugars, cappuccino powder and dark cocoa powder. blend until fluffy. Add your eggs and vanilla while on low speed. Gradually add the rest of your dry ingredient until blended. fold in chocolate chips

2Roll into desired size balls, do not flatten. I make golf ball size. bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on your oven).
