Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 tablespoons cappuccino instant coffee beverage mix (powder)
- 2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa powder
- 1 cup crisco shortening
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
How To Make crispy chocolate cappuccino cookies

Step 1Using your kitchen aide mixer and the paddle attachment. Add your shortening, sugars, cappuccino powder and dark cocoa powder. blend until fluffy. Add your eggs and vanilla while on low speed. Gradually add the rest of your dry ingredient until blended. fold in chocolate chips

Step 2Roll into desired size balls, do not flatten. I make golf ball size. bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes (depending on your oven).
