These are great for christmas, but also for year round deliciousness. Bursting w/ cranberris and with the creamy taste of white chocolate..yummy!

Ingredients

  • 1 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1-1/4 c
    quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1/2 c
    light brown sugar
  • 1 stick
    melted butter
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1/2 c
    fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 1 large
    egg
  • 1/2 c
    white chocolate chips

How to Make Cranberry-oatmeal cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 350. Lay parchment paper onto cookie sheets. In lg bowl, combine, flour, baking powder, baking soda, oats, sugar, brown sugar, mix well.
  2. Add melted butter, egg and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips. Place by tbsp, 2" apart on baking sheets. Bake about 10 mins, or until light brown.
