  • 8 oz
    crescent rolls
  • 1 c
  • 1 c
    flaked coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    grated lemon peel
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 2
    eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter, melted

How to Make Crescent Roll Coconut Lemon Bars


  1. Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles; place in ungreased 13 X 9 inch pan.
    Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.
  2. Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
    Pour over partially baked crust.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool, cut into bars.
