crescent rolls
1 c
1 c
flaked coconut
2 Tbsp
1/2 tsp
baking powder
1/2 tsp
grated lemon peel
1/4 tsp
eggs, slightly beaten
2 Tbsp
lemon juice
2 Tbsp
butter, melted

How to Make Crescent Roll Coconut Lemon Bars


  • 1Unroll dough into 2 long rectangles; place in ungreased 13 X 9 inch pan.
    Press over bottom and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.
  • 2Bake at 375 degrees for 5 minutes.
  • 3In a medium bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
    Pour over partially baked crust.
  • 4Bake at 375 degrees for an additional 12 to 17 minutes or until light golden brown.
    Cool, cut into bars.
