cocoa marshmallow cookies
I concocted this in the kitchen last night. I was thinking about making chocolate chip cookies, but I was bored with a typical recipe. There were marshmallows sitting on the counter and I wondered what they might taste like in a cookie. They turned out to be quite delicious!
