Ingredients

1/2 cup shortening
1 cup sugar
1 - egg
3/4 cup sour milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup cocoa

How To Make cocoa drop cookies

Step 1

Mix thoroughly shortening, sugar, egg, sour milk, and vanilla

Step 2

Sift together flour, soda, salt, and cocoa
Step 3

Combine wet and dry ingredients
Step 4

Chill at least one hour
Step 5

Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet
Step 6

Bake 8 - 10 minutes at 350 degrees
