Cinnamon Shortbread Bars
Easy to make and delicious.

- 1-1/2 c
- 3/4 c
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 c
- cake flour
- 1 c
- butter, softened
- 1/2 tsp
- 1 Tbsp
- 1/8 tsp
How to Make Cinnamon Shortbread Bars
- 1Combine all shortbread ingredients in large bowl.
Beat at low speed just until soft dough forms (4 to 6 minutes).
DO NOT OVERMIX.
- 2Press dough evenly onto bottom of lightly greased 13 X 9 inch baking pan.
- 3Stir together all topping ingredients in small bowl; sprinkle over shortbread. Prick dough all over with fork.
- 4Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until light golden brown.
Cool slightly on wire rack; cut into bars while still warm.
