Ingredients

1 stick softened, butter
3 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
1 cup each - flour & fine chopped pecans
CINNAMON SUGAR MIXTURE
about - 1tablespoon cinnamon & 3 tablespoons sugar - i don't measure, so make as you like

How To Make ~ cinnamon ball cookies ~ so easy

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degree F. In a medium bowl, cream butter, beat in flour and confectioners' sugar. Now, beat on pecans. The mix will look crumbly.

Step 2

I pinch enough out of the bowl, to make a ball about the size of a large marble. Shape into balls and place on baking sheet.
Step 3

Bake for 10 minutes, then carefully roll in cinnamon sugar mixture. These are tender cookies, so be careful coating them. Don't squeeze hard on them.
Step 4

Place on racks to cool. Enjoy, so yummy!
