I have been using this recipe for my Christmas cookies for over 20 years. They are so yummy with lots of vanilla flavor.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Cutout cookies are a favorite at Christmas and this is a simple recipe your family will love. The cookies have a delicious buttery vanilla flavor. They're tasty on their own but go crazy with decorating too. A fun cookie to have kids help in the kitchen with.

Tip: To make these even easier to make, roll the dough out between two pieces of parchment paper before cutting. Cut the shapes out on the parchment paper. Then remove the dough around the cutouts. You can bake the cookies directly on the parchment paper if you'd prefer. Test Kitchen Avatar The Test Kitchen
