These are so good, w the chocolate/caramel gooey flavor mixed into cookie dough! Be adventurous and try other candies!

Ingredients

  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 3/4 c
    baking cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    packed light brown sugar
  • 1 c
    softened butter
  • 2 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 large
    eggs
  • 48
    rolo brand candies
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar

How to Make Chocolate rolo candy cookies

Step-by-Step

  1. Heat oven to 375. Place parchment paper onto cookie cheets. In lg bowl, beat both sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix in both flours, cocoa powder and baking soda until combined. Refrigerate 30 mins. Roll dough into 1" balls.
  3. Place 1 rolo candy in center of each dough ball, forming dough around candy. Place 1 tbsp sugar in small bowl. Roll each ball into sugar. place on baking sheets, bake 7-10 mins.
