These are so good, w the chocolate/caramel gooey flavor mixed into cookie dough! Be adventurous and try other candies!

Ingredients

2 cups flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 cup baking cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed light brown sugar
1 cup softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs
48 - rolo brand candies
1 tablespoon sugar

How To Make chocolate rolo candy cookies

Step 1

Heat oven to 375. Place parchment paper onto cookie cheets. In lg bowl, beat both sugars, butter, eggs and vanilla.

Step 2

Mix in both flours, cocoa powder and baking soda until combined. Refrigerate 30 mins. Roll dough into 1" balls.
Step 3

Place 1 rolo candy in center of each dough ball, forming dough around candy. Place 1 tbsp sugar in small bowl. Roll each ball into sugar. place on baking sheets, bake 7-10 mins.
