How to Make Chocolate roll out cookies
- Mix sugar and butter. Add in eggs, extract and cocoa powder. Add in rest of ingredients.
- Refrigerate until easy to work with and roll out.
- Roll out, cut shapes. Bake at 350 for 8-12 minutes depending on thickness of cookies.
- I frosted with royal icing and I would likely not do that again. I suggest chocolate frosting and then if you want to decorate, use stencils and powdered sugar.
