This is one of my smaller recipes. As I bake for a large group of people each week many of my recipes are for lager batches. But you can easily double this recipe.

  • 1/2 c
    butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 c
    chocolate peanut butter, i use skippy
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 c
  • 1 large
  • 1 Tbsp
    half and half
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 c
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt (optional)
  • 1 c
    semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies


  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie pans with parchment paper.
  2. Combine butter, chocolate peanut butter, and sugars and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg, half & half and vanilla and beat till fluffy. Add baking soda, flour and salt. Mix till well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  3. I use a 1" cookie scoop to put dough on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, I bake mine for 11 minutes. Now just sit back and enjoy! Store in air tight container, if they last that long!
