chocolate peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

This is one of my smaller recipes. As I bake for a large group of people each week many of my recipes are for lager batches. But you can easily double this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
  • 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter, i use skippy
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon half and half
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

How To Make chocolate peanut butter chocolate chip cookies

  • Step 1
    Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie pans with parchment paper.
  • Step 2
    Combine butter, chocolate peanut butter, and sugars and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg, half & half and vanilla and beat till fluffy. Add baking soda, flour and salt. Mix till well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Step 3
    I use a 1" cookie scoop to put dough on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, I bake mine for 11 minutes. Now just sit back and enjoy! Store in air tight container, if they last that long!
