chocolate peanut butter chocolate chip cookies
This is one of my smaller recipes. As I bake for a large group of people each week many of my recipes are for lager batches. But you can easily double this recipe.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, unsalted
- 1/2 cup chocolate peanut butter, i use skippy
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon half and half
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 1 cup semi-sweet mini chocloate chips

Step 1Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie pans with parchment paper.

Step 2Combine butter, chocolate peanut butter, and sugars and beat till light and fluffy. Add egg, half & half and vanilla and beat till fluffy. Add baking soda, flour and salt. Mix till well blended. Stir in chocolate chips.

Step 3I use a 1" cookie scoop to put dough on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, I bake mine for 11 minutes. Now just sit back and enjoy! Store in air tight container, if they last that long!
