How to Make Chocolate Dipped Nut Macaroons
1Combine all ingredients in a medium sized bowl and blend till thoroughly combined.
2Preheat oven to 325 degree F.
On a lightly greased sheet pan or can line with parchment paper; drop by tablespoonfuls and baked for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden. ( I shape with my fingers a bit )
3Once cookies are cool, dip bottoms of macaroons in chocolate and place on parchment paper or waxed paper to set up.
