  • - 1 cup sugar
  • - ½ cup brown sugar
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • - ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • - 1½ cups self-rising flour
  • - ½ cup crushed pretzels
  • - ½ cup dark chocolate morsels

How To Make chocolate chip pretzel cookies

  • Step 1
    reheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line two cookies sheets with parchment paper. In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat sugars, eggs, vanilla, and vegetable oil until creamy. Add flour, ½ cup at a time until a soft dough comes together. Add pretzels and chocolate chips, and mix just until everything is well incorporated. Scoop a tablespoon of dough and slightly flatten onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Just until the edges are slightly golden. Remove and transfer to a wire rack. In the meantime, boil loose tea and strain. Serve and enjoy.
